What Claude Code is, who this course is for, and what you'll be able to do by the end.
What is Claude Code?
Claude Code is an AI tool that runs in your computer's terminal. You type what you want in plain language, and it does the work — reading files, analyzing data, organizing folders, writing scripts, and more.
Unlike chat-based AI tools you may have used (like ChatGPT or Claude.ai), Claude Code works directly with the files on your computer. It can see your folders, read your spreadsheets, and make changes — with your permission.
Who is this course for?
This course is for professionals who use computers every day but don't write code. Product managers, designers, analysts, marketers, operations teams, founders — anyone who has tasks that feel like they should be automatable but require "a developer" to actually do.
You don't need any programming experience. You don't even need to know what the terminal is yet. We'll start from the very beginning.
What you'll be able to do
By the end of this module, you'll have Claude Code installed on your machine and you'll have had your first conversation with it. By the end of the full course, you'll be using it to save hours every week on real work tasks.
